A rum that refuses to play it safe. Hoxton Banana Rum is crafted from a hand-selected blend of premium rums from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Barbados, then infused with fresh and dried bananas for layers of authentic flavour. 

Distilled in century-old copper pots stills at a world-class distillery that specialises in flavour, Gerry’s recipe uses dual maceration – five days for fresh banana, five weeks for dried – to capture natural sweetness and depth. The result is rich, tropical and unmistakably Hoxton.

BANANA RUM DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS:

• 50ml Banana Rum
• 25ml Lime juice
• 25ml Sugar Syrup

Build all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a banana chip.

BANANA RUM OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:
• 50ml Banana Rum
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Build all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
