Raised in a family of bartenders, Gerry Calabrese grew up surrounded by hospitality, flavour and the craft of making drinks. Inspired by his father, Salvatore Calabrese, he developed a deep respect for the detail that goes into every drink.
He built his own path in London’s nightlife, from running bars to creating venues like The Hoxton Pony, where he became know for bold, flavour-led serves.
Years behind the bar taught him what people actually want to drink.
So he built Hoxton.
A spirits range created from that experience, built to deliver real flavour in every sense.
