Built in the style of an Old Tom, it brings gentle sweetness, soft floral notes and a subtle smoky edge, designed to deliver in a simple serve.
Nine separate macerations create depth, balance and a distinct Hoxton flavour.
Coloured with hibiscus for a vibrant pink hue and subtle floral warmth.
• 60ml Hoxton Pink Gin
• 5ml Dry Vermouth
Stir Hoxton Pink Gin in a mixing glass over ice.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Spray vermouth over the glass with an atomizer.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
