SPICED MANHATTAN

INGREDIENTS:
• 50ml Hoxton Spiced Whisky
• 25ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 Dashes Agnostura Bitters

Build all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a cherry or orange twist.

SPICED WHISKY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
• 50ml Hoxton Spiced Whisky
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 25ml Sugar Syrup
• 25ml Egg White

Build all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice.
Hard shake and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
