• 50ml Hoxton Pink Gin
• 25ml Egg White
• 10ml Grenadine
• 6 Fresh Raspberries
Build all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice.
Hard shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or berries on a pick.
